INDIANAPOLIS, IN--(Marketwire - February 23, 2011) - Duke Realty Corporation (NYSE: [ DRE ]), a leading industrial, office and medical office property REIT, will hold its Analyst and Investor Conference on Thursday, February 24, 2011, beginning at 8:30 AM EST and ending at 10:30 AM EST at the Westin Diplomat Hotel in Hollywood, Florida.
