ANNAPOLIS, Md.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Chesapeake Lodging Trust (NYSE: CHSP) (the aCompanya) announced today that its board of trustees has determined that the 2011 annual meeting of shareholders will be held on May 26, 2011 at 10 a.m. ET. Shareholders of record on March 25, 2011 will be notified of the meeting and will be eligible to vote.
