DDS Wireless 2010 Year-end Earnings Release and Conference Call Notice

RICHMOND, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 22, 2011) - DDS Wireless International Inc. ("DDS" or "the Company") (TSX:DD) announced today the appointment of Markus Pauli to the position of President of the Company's Digital Wireless business unit. Markus is joining DDS with a broad background of experience with international technology companies. Markus previously served on the Executive Team of Coe Newnes McGehee, a world leader in Lumber Processing and Optimization Systems as head of Worldwide Operations and International Business Development and as Chief Operating Officer of Romaco, a Swiss based manufacturer of pharmaceutical processing and control systems with operations around the world. Previously Markus spent 10 years with Alcatel, where he was instrumental in setting up the German and North American Conductors Divisions as well as Alcatel Optronics in Dallas, Texas. Markus holds an advanced engineering degree and an undergraduate degree in political sciences from the University of Technology Aachen, Germany (RWTH). He has also completed the Alcatel International Masters Program, in cooperation with Ecole de Management Lyon, France.
