Provident New York Bancorp to Announce Third Quarter 2010 Earnings and Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.06 Per Share

MONTEBELLO, N.Y.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Provident New York Bancorp (NASDAQ: PBNY), the parent company of Provident Bank, today announced that it plans to release third quarter results for fiscal 2010 after market close on Monday, July 26, 2010.
