VOORHEES, N.J.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--American Water Works Company, Inc. (NYSE: AWK) announced today that it intends to release its 2010 second quarter financial results after the market closes on Wednesday, August 4, 2010.

Donald L. Correll, president and chief executive officer, and Ellen C.
