BALA CYNWYD, Pa.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Law office of Brodsky & Smith, LLC announces that it is investigating potential claims against the Board of Directors of AmeriCredit Corp., (aAmeriCredita or the aCompanya) (NYSE:ACF) relating to the proposed acquisition by General Motors.

Under the terms of the offer, AmeriCredit shareholders would receive cash of $24.50 for each share of AmeriCredit stock they own.
