Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. Declares Dividend and Announces Second Quarter Earnings Webcast Conference Call

LITITZ, Pa.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--The board of directors of Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. (Susquehanna) (NASDAQ: SUSQ) has declared a third quarter dividend of $0.01 per common share, payable on August 20, 2010 to shareholders of record August 2, 2010.

Susquehanna expects to release second quarter 2010 earnings results on July 28, 2010. Susquehanna also announced it will broadcast its second quarter 2010 conference call over the Internet on July 29, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time.
