LAS VEGAS, July 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Phoenix Technology Holding Inc. announced today that it has contracted with Advanced Patient Healthcare LLC for a program that utilizes the Phoenix operating system with the SCTN (Pink Sheets: SCTN) patented loyalty technology inside that will enhance the various APH proprietary solutions.

Phoenix said that the SCTN software suite is the technology backbone of the Advanced Patient Healthcare program that will offer a proprietary set of solutions to State and Federal Penal Systems. The Phoenix/SCTN technology is being utilized to track various purchase metrics by the prisoners as well as to interface with the Advanced Patient Healthcare patient record system.
