SEATTLE, WASHINGTON--(Marketwire - June 3, 2009) - Rancho Santa Monica Developments Inc. (OTCBB:RSDV) "the Company or RSDV" is pleased to announce stable service and reports a strong quarter for AptHost Communications USA Inc.

Over the last two months, AptHost has gone through a litigation process involving the discovery of malicious code on its servers and network. The code has since been removed and involving employees are no longer with the company. AptHost has since moved to a new datacenter to fulfill its customer needs for better service and uptime. As a result, the Company can now report it is stable, and its services have been expanded to offer 24/7 online support and an upgrade of its Hosting Services with the addition of using The Planet Internet Services to provide web hosting services.

The Company is pleased to announce total sales for the three months ending May 31st, 2009 are reported to be $178,484.79. New order sales and sign-ups were $39,414.47 and 853 respectively. The Company has commenced a financing plan which includes financing through the market and private placements to launch an advertising campaigns and a consolidation of its offices to Bellevue, Washington, a technology hub in the United States.

The Company is in the process of completing the migration of its shared, virtual and dedicated products from Softlayer Technologies to The Planet Internet Services. The migration is expected to be completed by June 5th, 2009. The Planet is a leading supplier of servers to the hosting community, hosting companies such as HostGator and Site5. The new servers consist of upgraded processing power and hard drive space allowing AptHost to further expand from an expected increase in sales in the next quarter.
