VuQo Holdings Corp. Announces Acquisition of CALABARZON Distillery

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Apr 25, 2012) - VuQo Holdings Corporation (PINKSHEETS: [ VUQO ]) today announced that the company closed acquisition talks with El Coco Wine Distillery, a coconut alcohol distillery located in the CALABARZON area of the Philippines.

After a successful closing of the acquisition, the said distillery joins VuQo Holdings Corporation to exclusively supply the necessary Lambanog or coconut wine that the company needs in making its alcohol/ beverage brands. El Coco Wine has been in the business for 10 years specializing in flavored Lambanog in the Philippines.

El Coco Wine Distillery is located in the southern part of Luzon and has been distilling for local brands that are sold in local stores in the Philippines. The company specializes in export quality "Lambanog," a coconut-based liqueur that can only be found in the Philippines. Lambanog, a liqueur that originates from the sap of an unopened coconut flower, is said to have an alcohol content ranging from 80-166 proof and is one of the top cottage industry product of the Philippines.
