CHICAGO, April 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- CBOE Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: [ CBOE ]) today announced that its 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders is scheduled to be held at 9:30 a.m. Central Time, on Thursday, June 14, 2012, in the fourth floor lounge of the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE), 400 S. LaSalle Street, Chicago, Illinois.
