KBW Announces Change to Global ex-U.S. Financial Sector Index (KGXSM)

NEW YORK--([ ])--Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc., a full-service investment bank that specializes in the financial services sector, and a wholly owned subsidiary of KBW, Inc. (NYSE: KBW), announces the following change:

Effective prior to the opening of business on Thursday, April 26, 2012, E-House (China) Holdings ADS, (NYSE: EJ), a member of the KGX, will undergo an increase in shares and float adjustment due to its acquisition of China Real Estate Information Corporation (NASDAQ: CRIC).
