CommonWealth REIT First Quarter 2012 Conference Call Scheduled for Thursday, May 3rd

NEWTON, Mass.--([ ])--CommonWealth REIT (NYSE: CWH) today announced that it will host a conference call in conjunction with the announcement of its first quarter 2012 financial results.

CWH plans to issue a press release containing its first quarter financial results before the NYSE opens on Thursday, May 3, 2012. On Thursday, May 3, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Adam Portnoy, President and Managing Trustee, and John Popeo, Chief Financial Officer, will host a conference call to discuss the first quarter results. Following the companyas remarks, there will be a short question and answer period.

Participants should dial in about 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the call. A replay of the conference call will be available through 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, May 10, 2012.
