TUPELO, Miss., April 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- BancorpSouth, Inc. (NYSE: [ BXS ]) said today that the company's annual shareholder meeting, scheduled for 9:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time, Wednesday, April 25, 2012, at the Main Office of BancorpSouth, 201 South Spring Street, Tupelo, MS, will be webcast live.  The webcast may be accessed by going to BancorpSouth's website at [ www.bancorpsouth.com ] and selecting the Investor Relations page.  Following the meeting, the webcast will be archived and available at the same address for a period of thirty days.
