Woo Ho, 64, is a Commissioner of the San Francisco Port Commission, the governing board responsible for the San Francisco, California, waterfront adjacent to San Francisco Bay. Woo Ho was appointed to the San Francisco Port Commission in May 2011 after having served over 35 years in the banking industry, including as the President and Chief Executive Officer of United Commercial Bank.
Hernandez, 54, is the Founding Principal and Chief Executive Officer of Hernandez Media Ventures, a privately held company engaged in the acquisition and management of media assets. Hernandez founded Hernandez Media Ventures in 2001 after having served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Telemundo Group, Inc., a Spanish-language television and entertainment company.
