SANTA MONICA, Calif.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Douglas Emmett, Inc. (NYSE: DEI), a real estate investment trust (REIT), announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share, or $0.52 per common share on an annualized basis. The dividend will be paid on October 13, 2011 to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2011.
