SAN ANTONIO, July 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Texas Oil and Minerals, Inc.  (OTC-PK: BNPD), is pleased to announce that it has engaged the nation's leading microcap small cap research firm, Grass Roots Research and Distribution, Inc. (Grass Roots), its lead analyst and founder, Paul Cohen, to prepare and publish a third-party research investment thesis and recommendation.

Grass Roots and Paul Cohen provide in depth research from third party security analysts.  From May 2009 to June 2011, Mr. Cohen and Grass Roots has performed at a 96.3% success rate.  Of the successfully selected companies, Mr. Cohen's recommendations have experienced an increased valuation by an average of 95.2%.  Before forming Grass Roots Research, Mr. Cohen was the Regional West Coast Founder of Bear Stearns.  Prior to Bear Stearns, Mr. Cohen was Vice President of West Coast Institutional Dept. at Hayden, Stone & Co. and, subsequently, Shearson-American Express.

The Cohen Price Target is a proprietary method using market-based multiple valuation Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and applying the Cohen Price Performance Index approach. The multiple based valuation approach uses the expected 2011/2012 Price-to-Earnings and Price-to-Capital Employed.  The last component in calculating the Cohen Price Target is the value derived using the long-term Cohen Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) valuation approach.  ([ http://www.grassrootsrd.com ])
