These distributions are being declared at this time in order to meet the Funda™s distribution requirements for tax purposes. It is anticipated that the monthly distribution for November will be declared on its regular schedule on or around October 20, 2011. | ||

The majority, and possibly all, of these distributions will be paid out of net investment income earned by the Fund. A portion of these distributions may come from net short-term realized capital gains or return of capital. The final determination of the source and tax status of all distributions paid in 2011 will be made after the end of 2011.
