


ROR Power Appoints William Hardwick Interim President and CEO
VANCOUVER, June 2 /CNW/ - Run of River Power Inc. ("ROR Power" or the "Company") (TSX-V: ROR) today announced it has appointed William Hardwick, P. Eng. as interim President and CEO.
Mr. Hardwick brings to ROR Power a broad range of operating management experience, including the pulp and paper industry and the Alberta oil sands. In addition, Mr. Hardwick has extensive experience in transformational leadership, working with individuals and teams in organizational development.
Mr. Hardwick's mandate as interim CEO will be to assist in the search for a permanent CEO, while guiding the Company's strategic planning. His unique combination of relevant industry experience and expertise in human resources make him the ideal candidate to lead the Company through this transitional period.
The Board of Directors thanks Jako Krushnisky for his contributions to the Company as the founding President and CEO. His energy and dedication have been important contributors to the Company's development.
