FT. LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - June 2, 2010) - Macada Holding, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ MCDA ]) announced that its subsidiary Lyfetec, Inc. has signed a letter of intent to purchase a whole food supplement company called Natural Health Solutions to add a new line of Lyfetec products and formulas to our asset base. Natural Health Solutions is generating revenues.

The company's goal is to help consumers to address current discomforts, and to prevent future illness and disease by ensuring nutritional needs through effective supplementation.

Consumers will find information about ways they can confirm the benefits of each of the products that the company offers. Consumers will also find supporting research that will help them understand how the company's supplements work to improve one's health, immune system, and overall energy level.

David Luther, founder of The Natural Health Solutions Center a few years ago after becoming very interested in what could be accomplished in improving human health through the utilization of nature based products, along with his scientific background (Bachelor of Science Degree from Princeton University) and work experience have been helpful in doing this research.

His mission ultimately became to determine which of the many available alternative technologies and products are most effective in helping the human body improve and maintain its health.
