TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Aug. 12, 2009) - Grey Horse Corporation (TSX:GHC) ("Grey Horse" or "the Corporation"), is pleased to announce the appointment effective August 11, 2009 of Elmer Kim as an additional director of the Corporation. Mr. Kim has an extensive background in public and private corporations. He is a designated Chartered Accountant and has worked in a broad range of industries in Canada. He is the managing director of Whitecastle Private Equity Partners ("WPEP"). WPEP is a growth and buyout fund focused on assisting small and medium sized Canadian companies to grow and become dominant leaders in their industries.

Mr. Kim is currently on the boards of Turtle Island Recycling Corporation (one of Ontario's largest independent recycling and waste companies) and Bento Nouveau Inc. (Canada's largest wholesale and retail vendor of sushi). He is responsible for all aspects of the management of WPEP as well as managing the investments of WPEP.
