Biorem retains leading investor relations firm

 GUELPH, ON, Aug. 21 /CNW/ - BIOREM Inc. ("Biorem" or "the Company") (TSX-V: BRM) announced today that it has retained The Equicom Group Inc. ("Equicom") to provide Biorem with strategic investor relations and financial communications services. Equicom provides strategic communications services to approximately 100 public companies across a diverse range of industries. Under the terms of the agreement, Biorem will pay Equicom a monthly retainer fee of $5,500.00 for select strategic communications services. The initial contract term is 12 months and commences immediately. Neither Equicom nor any of its principals have an ownership interest, directly or indirectly, in Biorem or its securities, and Biorem has not granted Equicom or its principals any right to acquire such an interest.
