TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Aug. 21, 2009) - Grey Horse Corporation (TSX:GHC) ("Grey Horse" or the "Corporation"), announced today the resignation of Mr. Thomas W. Cryer, FCA as a director of the Corporation. Mr. Cryer is resigning for personal reasons.

"I would like to thank Mr. Cryer, who has been a director of Grey Horse since October 2005, for his many years of dedication and support," said Paul G. Smith, President & CEO of Grey Horse. "On behalf of the board of directors, I am pleased to announce that Mr. Bradley Kipp, a Chartered Accountant with more than 12 years experience in finance at the senior executive level, has been appointed as chair of the audit committee, the position formerly held by Mr. Cryer. Mr. Kipp has been a member Grey Horse's board of directors and audit committee since May 2008."
