TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Aug. 21, 2009) - Grey Horse Corporation (TSX:GHC) ("Grey Horse" or the "Corporation"), announced today the resignation of Mr. Thomas W. Cryer, FCA as a director of the Corporation. Mr. Cryer is resigning for personal reasons.
