(PINKSHEETS: [ CDIV ]) announces the acquisition of [ www.pharmads.com ], a boutique advertising network specifically designed for use by advertisers and publishers of pharmaceutical-related brands, sites, and products. In the last seven years, with changes in FDA guidelines, expenditures on direct-to-consumer pharmaceutical advertising have quintupled.
