ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - July 1, 2009) - CEO of LIGATT Security International (PINKSHEETS: [ LGTT ]) Gregory D. Evans is inviting women shelters and law enforcement from across the nation to contact our company to utilize our SPOOFEM service. SPOOFEM.COM is a caller ID spoofing service that allows you to dial any phone number in the world and have any number you choose show up in the recipient's caller ID. It also includes features like voice disguising, call recording, and text messaging from a different number.

With a 90% success rate in catching cheating lovers, SPOOFEM.COM is also currently used by women in Georgia Shelters including the North Georgia Mountain Crisis Network, Amity House, Columbus Alliance for Battered Women, and the Women's Resource Center of DeKalb.

The women housed in these facilities are often plagued by the fear of being located by an outside boyfriend or mate. This often alienates them from their family and loved ones. The technology harnessed by SPOOFEM.COM and the SPOOFEM calling card, will now allow these vulnerable members of our community to draw strength from sisters, brothers, mothers and fathers without the paralyzing fear of being traced.

As an Atlanta based business, the first organizations to benefit are located in the Atlanta Metro Area and include the East Point and DeKalb County Police Departments. Law enforcement agencies can make use of the technology as they aim to contact crime suspects and witnesses, create cases that stick by recording calls in a more cost effective manner and utilize popular text messaging features anonymously to communicate with inside and outside sources.

Beginning with Georgia women shelters and law enforcement, LIGATT has invited both local parties as well as local media to accompany the organization to the Beyoncé concert July 1, 2009 at Phillips Arena in the LIGATT suite to experience SPOOFEM.COM first hand.
