 CALGARY, June 29 /CNW/ - Hodgins Auctioneers Inc. ("Hodgins" or the "Company") (TSX-V: HA) wishes to announce that at its annual meeting of Shareholders on June 18, 2009, and subject to regulatory approval, Mr. Clive Llewellyn, was elected as a Director of the Company. Mr. Llewellyn has been a partner with the law firm Fleming LLP since 1991 and recently resigned as a partner but remains with the firm as a contract lawyer. Mr. Llewellyn is a current and past director of a number of private and public companies. Mr. Llewellyn holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Western Ontario, a Masters of Arts (Economics) degree from Lakehead University and a Bachelor of Arts (honours) degree from the University of Western Ontario. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta. Hodgins also wishes to announce that Mr. David Farrell did not stand for re-election at the annual meeting. Mr. Farrell has served as a Director since June 2004 and the Company has greatly benefited from his guidance and experience.
