SACRAMENTO, CA--(Marketwire - June 18, 2009) - American River Bankshares (NASDAQ: [ AMRB ]) today announced its second quarter cash dividend of 14.3 cents per share payable on July 17, 2009 to shareholders of record on July 3, 2009.

The cash dividend remains unchanged from the cash dividend declared in the first quarter of 2009.
