JACKSONVILLE, NY--(Marketwire - May 19, 2009) - Clayton W. Young, 61, CEO and President, passed away Saturday morning May 16, 2009 at his home. (PINKSHEETS: [ UDHC ])

Mr. Young is survived by his wife of 30 years, Dawn Skidmore Young; daughters, Kristin Young (Alan Richards) of Ithaca, Bonnie Young (Joel Woodring) of Trumansburg, and Brooke Young (Dusty VanDerzee) of Trumansburg; grandchildren, Alana Young and Jeremy Woodring; sister, Karen Love of West Seneca; and extended family.

Born in Buffalo, New York on February 1, 1948 Mr. Young cherished time with his family and his black lab Max. He was very proud of his daughters Kristin, Bonnie, and Brooke. Clayton loved being a grandfather and spending time with his grandchildren. He also enjoyed fishing and watching the New York Yankees.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated by Fr. John Tokaz, OFM Cap at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at St. James the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, 17 Whig St., Trumansburg.

Additionally, a Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Friday, May 22, 2009 at 9:00 am at Fourteen Holy Helpers Catholic Church, 1345 Indian Church Rd., West Seneca, NY.
