FORT WAYNE, IN--(Marketwire - May 13, 2009) - Pine Ridge Holdings' (PINKSHEETS: [ PINR ]) [ Mike The Pike Productions, Inc. ] CEO/President, [ Mark B. Newbauer ], announces that the company has entered the contracting phase with a high-end venue seating between 9,000-12,000 people for the company's "Back To School" show in late August, 2009. "It's a premier venue in a progressive city; its ample parking and top-of-the-line amenities in the heart of the city's uptown will prove for an unforgettable experience. We'll be announcing the name and location of the venue next week."

The company also plans to release names of talent in the very near future as it has entered contracting stages with talent representative(s). Producers are confident that their show will be a financial coup for both the company's shareholders and its private investors while pleasing audiences "with talent among today's hottest stars," according to Kelsi Velpel, MTP's Director of Concert Promotions. Ms. Velpel says the company "should be announcing the feature act(s) within the next week to week and a half once we have finalized contracts. Next up we'll be in full force with advertising, ticket brokers, sponsors and merchandising."

MTP Productions will also be announcing an exciting development regarding literary acquisitions in the coming days as "we have identified a property that melds well with our brand on the [ MTP feature film side ] and the property should be good for us overall in terms of being an asset to the company with potential for packaging by a major agency and/or studio.
