LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - May 20, 2009) - 1st Century Bank, N.A. today announced that its Chairman, Alan Rothenberg is a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2009 Award in the Greater Los Angeles Area.
