Go Topeka has introduced two new grant programs aimed at supporting young employees and small businesses in Topeka, Kansas. The first program, the Young Talent Attraction Program, offers up to $15,000 to young professionals aged 21-34 who move to Topeka for work, providing $10,000 for home purchase assistance and $5,000 for student loan repayment. The second initiative, The Greater Topeka Partnership Small Business Capital Program, provides grants ranging from $5,000 to $10,000 to small businesses with 10 or fewer employees to help with capital improvements, equipment purchases, or technology upgrades. These programs are part of a broader effort to attract and retain talent, stimulate economic growth, and support the local business community.
