IIFL Finance reported a decline in its consolidated net sales for the quarter ending December 2024, with figures at Rs 2,442.58 crore, marking a 7.74% decrease year-over-year. The company's net profit also saw a significant drop of 20.13% from the previous year, totaling Rs 454.42 crore. Despite these declines, the company's total income increased by 2.85% to Rs 2,771.89 crore. The earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) stood at Rs 1,357.89 crore, down by 11.77% from the previous year. Additionally, IIFL Finance's operating profit margin was reported at 55.59%, a decrease from the previous year's 58.77%. The company's performance was influenced by various factors including a rise in provisions and contingencies, which increased to Rs 225.89 crore from Rs 125.45 crore year-over-year.
