









Kayne Anderson Energy Total Return Fund Increases Size of Unsecured Revolving Credit Facility to $100 Million

HOUSTON--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Kayne Anderson Energy Total Return Fund, Inc. (the aFunda) (NYSE:KYE) announced today that it has amended its unsecured revolving credit facility (the aCredit Facilitya) to increase the total commitment amount to $100 million. This $20 million increase in commitment amount was accomplished by adding a new lender to the syndicate and increased commitments from existing lenders.
All other terms of the Credit Facility remain the same. The maturity date remains June 11, 2013, and outstanding loan balances will continue to accrue interest daily at a rate equal to the one-month LIBOR plus 1.75%, based on current asset coverage ratios. The interest rate may vary between LIBOR plus 1.75% to LIBOR plus 3.00%, depending on the Funda™s asset coverage ratios. The Fund will continue to pay a fee of 0.40% on any unused amounts of the Credit Facility.
