GC-Global Capital Corp. Announces Changes to Its Board of Directors

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 21, 2011) - GC-Global Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE:GDE.A) ("Global Capital" or "the Company") announces that effective October 20, 2011 Mr. Cyril McLean has resigned from the Board of Directors due to personal reasons. Mr. McLean first joined the Board in 2007. The Company also announces the appointment of Mr. David Ellison of Toronto, Ontario as a member of the Board of Directors of Global Capital. Mr. Ellison is presently a principal at Acuity Corporate Securities Lawyers in Toronto. He also worked as a lawyer in the London, UK office of Clifford Chance LLP and in the Toronto offices of Bennett Jones LLP and Goodman and Carr LLP. Mr. Ellison's appointment to the Board is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
