PHILADELPHIA--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--RAIT Financial Trust (NYSE: RAS) announced that on October 25, 2011, RAITas Board of Trustees declared a fourth quarter 2011 cash dividend of $0.484375 per share on RAITas 7.75% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares, $0.5234375 per share on RAITas 8.375% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares and $0.5546875 per share on RAITas 8.875% Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares. The dividends will be paid on January 3, 2012 to holders of record on December 1, 2011.
