Fifth Third Bancorp Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend on its Common Stock 33% to $0.08 per share

CINCINNATI--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Fifth Third Bancorp (Nasdaq: FITB) today declared a third quarter 2011 cash dividend on its common shares of $0.08, an increase of $0.02 from its previous quarterly dividend rate. The cash dividend is payable on Thursday, October 20, 2011 to shareholders of record as of Friday, September 30, 2011.
