JBZ Capital Inc. Announces Annual and Special General Meeting and Granting of Stock Option

VANCOUVER, Sept. 29, 2011 /CNW/ - JBZ Capital Inc. (TSX-V: JBZ) ("JBZ" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it will be holding its Annual and Special General Meeting on Tuesday, October 25, 2011.  In addition to annual shareholder business, the Company will be seeking shareholder approval by special resolution to change the name of the Company to "Strata Minerals Inc.".  The proposed name change is subject to regulatory and shareholder approval.

With respect to the Company's annual compensation review governing the granting of options, the board of directors has granted a total of 2,350,000 incentive stock options to directors, officers and consultants of the Company, as per the terms of the Company's stock option plan. 350,000 of the options granted are exercisable at $0.15 per share for a period of 25 months and the balance of the options granted are exercisable at $0.15 per share for a period of five years, subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
