The proposal to approve a new investment sub-advisory agreement among the Fund, Guggenheim Funds Investment Advisors, LLC, and Guggenheim Partners Asset Management, LLC, was approved by shareholders. In addition, the Boarda™s nominee for election as a Class I Trustee, Mr. Randall C. Barnes, was elected to serve as a Class I Trustee until the Funda™s 2014 annual meeting of shareholders or until his respective successor shall have been elected and qualified.
