Rodriguez II have been promoted to Vice President, Banking Center Manager in the Retail Banking division. Both Leiby and Rodriguez are branch managers and have responsibility for the day-to-day sales, services and operations of their respective banking offices.

Leiby, a lifelong resident of Northern Virginia, joined Cardinal Bank in 2003. He has served as manager of the University Mall Banking Center since 2005, and has an outstanding customer service background. Leiby was a recipient of Cardinala™s Outstanding Achievement Award, and, in subsequent years, has been recognized for performance excellence. He was recently honored as the Cardinal Bank Superior Performer for 2010. Leiby is a recent graduate of the Virginia Bankera™s School of Bank Management program, and active in the Rotary Club of Burke.

Rodriguezjoined Cardinal Bank in 2005 and serves as manager of the Greensboro Banking Center. He has more than 12 years of financial services experience, with particular expertise in customer relationship management. Prior to joining Cardinal, Rodriguez served in similar capacities at various regional banks. He earned a bachelora™s degree in Business Management from George Mason University, and is active in Cardinala™s school bank financial literacy program, and the Friends of the Tysons-Pimmit Library organization.
