DALLAS--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--George F. Jones, president and CEO of Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: TCBI), the parent company of Texas Capital Bank, today announced that Dale W. Tremblay has been elected to the board of directors. The addition of Tremblay expands the board to 13 members.

Mr. Tremblay joined C. H. Guenther and Son (dba Pioneer Flour Mills) in 1998 and is President and Chief Executive Officer of this 160-year-old San Antonio-based firm. He previously served as President for The Quaker Oats Companya™s worldwide foodservice division. Mr. Tremblay started his career as a Financial Analyst for R. R. Donnelley and Sons, and has held a variety of domestic and international management positions in the Food Industry.

Mr. Tremblay earned a bachelora™s degree in Finance from Michigan State University. He is on the Advisory Committee for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, and serves as one of the Independent Directors for Clear Channel Outdoor.
