The Company through its legal counsel had requested an emergency hearing before the courts stemming from the contempt of court allegations against Peter Langone and Joseph Elkind, the former owners of Global Branding, LLC.

The court gave Langone and Elkind 24 hours to comply with the court's instructions to return the assets to the Company.

The Company was pleased with the court's decision regarding this matter and looks forward to the return of its property to further generate revenue.
