LOS ANGELES--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Mike The Pike Productions, Inc. (Pink Sheets: MIKP) ([ www.mtpprods.com ]) announces today that company execs have received a Letter of Intent along with Offer and Term Sheet for Film Financing on a select number of feature films on its motion picture slate.

Per the Term Sheet, Financing would include up to 5 features on the companya™s slate including development monies for its larger projects, including aThe Skin Tradea™ based on the werewolf novella by George R.R. Martin, creator of HBOa™s mega-series, aGame of Thronesa™. Further, it is agreed per conversations with financiers, that monies could be leveraged utilizing strategies and products in the entertainment banking sector toward taking advantage of larger opportunities, including a project/literary asset the company has acquired which has yet to be announced.
