James Kemp Joins MF Global as Global Head of Foreign Exchange

Mr. Kemp will be responsible for managing MF Globala™s Foreign Exchange business around the world, helping to advance the firma™s efforts to establish an integrated sales and distribution process and deliver a more complete client offering of capital markets products and services.

Prior to joining MF Global, Mr. Kemp was a co-founder and partner at Cogence Capital LLC, a quantitative foreign exchange trading company. From 2004 to 2007, he was a managing director at Tribeca Global Management, a multi-strategy hedge fund, and was responsible for the funda™s macro foreign exchange and fixed income businesses. He began his career at Citigroup in 1983, where he served in a number of roles, including global head of spot trading and head of foreign exchange in North America.
