ARISE Reschedules 2010 Fourth Quarter and Year End Results and Conference Call to March 29, 2011
WATERLOO, ON, March 24 /CNW/ - ARISE Technologies Corporation (TSX: APV) (Frankfurt: A3T), announced today that it has re-scheduled to March 29, 2011, its 2010 fourth-quarter and year-end results conference call.
ARISE will hold its 2010 fourth-quarter and year-end conference call for analysts and investors at 8:30 a.m. (ET) on March 29, 2011. (the call was previously scheduled to occur on March 25, 2011). The company will file its 2010 fourth-quarter financial statements and Management Discussion and Analysis with SEDAR and these documents will be available on ARISE's website shortly after 7:00 a.m. (ET) on Tuesday, March 29, 2011.
Dan Shea, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Doug McCollam, Chief Financial Officer, will be available to answer questions during the call.
