TORONTO, March 21 /CNW/ - Oil Sands Sector Fund (TSX: OSF.UN) (the "Fund") today announced that a quarterly cash distribution in the amount of $0.125 per unit of the Fund will be paid on April 14, 2011 to unitholders of record as of March 31, 2011.

A unitholder that has continually held units since inception will have received a total of $2.50 per unit as of payment date.
