(NYSE: INN), a real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns 65 premium-branded limited-service and select-service hotels, announced that it will release fourth quarter 2010 financial results on Thursday, March 31, 2011, after the market closes. The results will reflect earnings of the REITa™s predecessor company, Summit Hotel Properties, LLC. On February 14, 2011, the company completed its initial public offering of common stock, generating proceeds of $253 million.
