WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Great Lakes Solutions, a Chemtura business, (NYSE: CHMT) today announced that it will increase prices by up to 30 percent in all regions effective April 1, 2011 and where contracts allow on the following products:

"The bromine franchise continues to face severe raw material escalation and increasing costs to secure global supply, product stewardship and continued advocacy efforts. The proposed increase is necessary to ensure high-quality supply to our customers."
