First California Promotes Two Senior Executives

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA--(Marketwire - March 21, 2011) - First California Financial Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: [ FCAL ]) today announced the promotion of Romolo (Ron) C. Santarosa to senior executive vice president and chief operating officer, a newly created position. Santarosa will retain his responsibilities as chief financial officer.

The bank also promoted its chief credit officer, William (Bill) A. Schack, to executive vice president.
