SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Oriental Financial Group Inc. (NYSE: OFG) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per common share for the first quarter ending March 31, 2011. Record Date is March 31, 2011, Payable Date is April 15, 2011, and Ex-Dividend Date is March 29, 2011.
