Citizens Business Bank Announces New Sales Executive

ONTARIO, Calif.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--CVB Financial Corp. (NASDAQ:CVBF) - Christopher D. Myers, President and Chief Executive Officer of Citizens Business Bank announced the promotion of David Brager to the position of Executive Vice President, Sales Division.

Most recently, Mr. Brager served as Senior Vice President & Manager of the Central Valley Region. He was responsible for leading and overseeing the successful integration of the Banka™s FDIC-assisted acquisition of San Joaquin Bank in October 2009. The Banka™s presence in the Central Valley presently consists of $1.5 billion in loans and deposits within the twelve business financial center locations from Bakersfield to Stockton. David joined Citizens Business Bank in 2003 and was initially hired to build a presence in the greater Fresno area on a denovo basis. In 2007, he was promoted to Regional Manager for the Central Valley.

Mr. Bragera™s professional career incorporates over twenty-three years of banking experience with extensive background in management, commercial lending, business planning, sales and operations. He previously worked for Glendale Federal Bank from 1987 to 1993 and Westamerica Bank from 1993 to 2002.

David is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School (PCBS), which is the premiere graduate school of banking based at the University of Washington. He also received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration at California State University, Fresno.
